About
CBT-oriented psychologist, I see you: - At Le Domaine, in Braine-l'Alleud: specialised support for eating disorders using CBT-E, an approach that explores the links between thoughts, emotions, behaviours and body image.… - At my practice in Namur: support for a range of psychological difficulties, including addictions, anxiety, depression, and emotional and relationship difficulties. My approach aims to understand the difficulties you are experiencing together and to develop practical tools to foster lasting change.
