Having worked as a speech therapist for several years, I have come to believe that language and, more broadly, communication are at the heart of much more than social interactions. They are central to our identity, our a…bility to act and our self-esteem. Taking care of yourself can also mean taking care of your language in all its forms. I have also specialised in myofunctional disorders, particularly in connection with orthodontic treatment, to prepare for the fitting of an appliance or maintain the effects of previous treatment.
