About
I believe that every person holds the key to happiness and change within themselves. I believe in an integrated approach: body, mind and soul/heart influence one another. Our thoughts affect our physical health, while o…ur body influences our thoughts. By connecting with our soul/heart, we find purpose: not just desire, but also meaning.
