About
Clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, I see adults individually in Wanze and Soumagne. My approach: brief therapy that is practical and focused on your everyday life, with clear goals and ideas to try between sessi…ons. I support you in particular with: burnout, stress and anxiety, depression, lack of self-confidence, hypersensitivity and neurodivergence, relationship difficulties (individually), addictions. If you wish, reading and writing can support the therapy (bibliotherapy). Sessions are partially reimbursed by most health insurance funds.
