La 1ère consultation périnéale (Anamnèse) et la 2ème (Bilan Abdo et périnée) sont chacune d'une heure.
En prépa à la naissance les séances commenceront idéalement au 7ème mois de grossesse. Objectif 3x1H00 avant l'accouchement.
